Some users don't have Amazon Prime access as an alternative in their geographic location. HBOMax direct website is back to 720p and per Wilson Wang post of 3/16/23 due to CDM/Decryption. Or, as others have asked, maybe the marketing team should update your website to state that the max quality of videos is 480p. However this is the same response we’ve seen for the past year or so.
